Creating an account

Most accounts arrive in the CRM automatically — auto-enriched from an inbound email’s domain, or matched to an AICA call payload. But you’ll occasionally need to create one by hand.

Steps

  1. Go to /accounts in the left rail.
  2. Click New account.
  3. Fill in name, domain, and country.
  4. Fill any custom fields your tenant has enabled. Fields marked required must be filled before save.
  5. Save.

Domain matters

The domain field is how inbound emails get matched to the account — set it on creation, even if you only have one contact. The enrich-account agent uses the domain to fill firmographics.

Country and the AU constraint

v1 is single-region Australia. The signup flow rejects non-AU Platform tenants up-front, so you should never see a non-AU account in v1; the CRM asserts region === 'AU' at the write boundary. Multi-region lands in v2.
