A quick tour. The left rail is your fixed navigation; it stays visible as you move between pages. The top header shows the Five Minutes wordmark, your current Client picker, and the build tag.
The four selling pages
- Accounts — companies you’re selling to. Each row links to a detail page with contacts, opportunities, and an activity timeline.
- Contacts — people inside those accounts. A contact can hold multiple persona slots (e.g. Champion, Economic Buyer).
- Opportunities — open deals. Each carries a three-range commit (commit / likely / best) you can update as the deal moves.
- Activities — every touchpoint: calls, emails, WhatsApp threads, SMS, meetings, demos, internal notes. This is the unified comms log.
The two insights pages
- Forecast — totals your commit / likely / best across open opportunities, surfaces unforecasted ones, and groups by close month.
- Reports / Flash — the weekly pre-call read: new logos, net pipeline movement, this week vs last week activity volume.
Four admin pages
Under Admin you’ll find Custom Fields, Personas, Agents, and Settings. Most of your team won’t need these — they belong to your tenant admin.
