Module subscriptions live on the Five Minutes Platform, not in the CRM itself. The CRM appears as one tile in the Platform marketplace alongside Timesheet, Training, AICA, AIDA, AIVA, AIMS, and the Medical Centre Pack.
How to subscribe to the CRM
- Go to the Platform marketplace at
platforms.infiveminutes.com. - Find the CRM tile and click Subscribe.
- Accept the billing terms. Subscription becomes active immediately; the tile in the launcher unlocks.
Module dependencies in the CRM
Several CRM features depend on other modules. When you’re not subscribed, those features show greyed-out with a “Subscribe to X to unlock” CTA — never as silent failures and never with third-party fallbacks.

The Medical Centre Pack
The Medical Centre Pack is a separate subscription, layered on top of the CRM. Subscribing unlocks pack-specific custom fields, persona templates (Principal Doctor, Practice Manager, and so on), and the AIVA / AIMS integration points. The CRM enforces the dependency — you can’t subscribe to MCP without the CRM.
