Welcome to the Five Minutes CRM manual. The CRM is the horizontal sales-and-customer module of the Five Minutes Platform — track accounts, opportunities, and every communication touchpoint, with eight atomic agents that earn write access by proving themselves on a shadow queue first.

The CRM is sold the same way as Timesheet, Training, AICA, AIDA, AIVA, and AIMS — any tenant on the Platform can subscribe and start using it. Industry-specific configuration (personas, custom fields, integrations, playbooks) ships via separately-subscribable Vertical Packs; the launch pack is the Medical Centre Pack, used by Five Minutes Health.

How this manual is organised

  • Getting started — the first ten minutes: signing in, finding your client, what each page is for.
  • Concepts — the mental model. Read this before the daily-use articles if you want the why, not just the what.
  • Tenant Admin — what only the tenant admin sees: the custom-fields library, persona templates, module subscriptions, WhatsApp configuration.
  • Daily use — the flows you’ll touch every working day.
  • Agents — running and supervising the eight atomic agents.
  • Reference and Operations — the demo data, common errors, and the health-check endpoint.
The CRM is v1, single-region Australia. Non-AU Platform tenants will be able to subscribe in v2 once Platform multi-region work lands.
