Contacts don’t carry a single flat role field — they hold persona slots from a tenant-configured template. Multi-threading inside an account becomes a property of the data model rather than a column you have to remember to use.
What a persona template looks like
A persona template is a named set of slots. A generic B2B template might be Champion, Economic Buyer, Technical Buyer, Coach, Detractor. The Medical Centre Pack ships a template with slots like Owner, Principal Doctor, Practice Manager, Medical Director, Finance, IT, Admin.
The Medical Centre Pack persona list is currently domain extrapolation — it will be validated against real Five Minutes Health sales-call data during weeks one and two of the MCP track before MCP ships.
Per-Client overrides
Each Client picks one persona template as its default and can override the slot list. Two Clients under the same tenant can run different templates if their go-to-market shapes are different.
Where you’ll see persona slots in the UI
- On a contact, you assign one or more slots from the active template.
- On an opportunity, the persona-slot coverage panel shows which slots are filled and which are empty — a vacant Economic Buyer slot is a deal-risk signal.
- On a pre-call brief, the agent groups context by slot so you can see who you’re about to talk to in role terms.
