AICA-to-CRM ingestion is opt-in per Client, default off. A tenant admin enables it explicitly in the CRM admin settings, and every ingestion run is written to the audit log.
Why opt-in?
Call transcripts are sensitive. Some tenants want every call AICA captures to land in the CRM as an Activity; some only want CRM capture for accounts that have already opted into being recorded. The default-off posture forces the explicit choice.
How to enable
- Confirm your tenant is subscribed to AICA on the Platform. If not, the toggle stays greyed-out with a “Subscribe to AICA” CTA.
- Go to
/admin/settingsin the CRM. - Toggle AICA → CRM ingestion on.
- Pick a default ingestion behaviour — “every call” or “only calls on opted-in accounts”.
What changes
Once enabled, AICA webhooks land in the CRM. The aica-to-activity agent runs against each payload and produces an Activity tied to whichever Account / Contact / Opportunity it can match. Unmatched calls still produce an Activity — they just don’t link.
