The top header carries a Client picker. A Client is Layer 3 in the Five Minutes B2B2B tenancy model — see Tenants, Clients, and you for the full story. For most teams a Client is a sales pod, a region, or a business unit; some tenants have only one.
Why the picker exists
Every record in the CRM — accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, even WhatsApp configuration — is scoped to a Client. Switching the picker changes what you see across every page. The two Clients under the same tenant are watertight: an activity logged on Client A is never visible to Client B.
How to switch
- Open the picker in the header.
- Pick a Client from the dropdown.
- The page refreshes against the new Client. Your URL doesn’t change — Clients are part of your session, not the path.
If the picker is hidden, your tenant has only one Client (or the client list failed to load). The API’s default-Client fallback keeps the app usable in that case.
What about Agents and Admin?
Custom-field enablement and agent definitions are per-Client too — switching Clients changes which fields are enabled and which agents are in which trust phase.
